Mr. DHIRENDRA SINGH MERTIAMr. Dhirendra Singh Mertia is a Law graduate and also having Diploma in Labour Laws from Department of Law, Rajasthan University. He has been practicing since 2004 in various arenas of law with specialization in Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Banking & Finance, Personal Laws and Real Estate, Transfer of properties, Constitutional and Administrative Laws.
He has developed his niche in proving consultancy to Banks, NBFCs, FIs, Mobile Tower Companies, Wind Power energy companies, Solar Power energy companies, financers, corporate and individual developers, stakeholders and others in the past few years. At present he is proving consultancy to almost all Banks and NBFCs working in Rajasthan.
He is also proving his services to varies companies engaged in establishment of Mobile towers, solar power plant and wind energy power plants.
He has been dealing with matters relating to Real Estate Law, Banking Financial Services Law, Asset Reconstruction & Recovery Law, Debt recovery law, Agricultural loans & Recovery Law, Corporate Law, litigation of various nature at different High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, SARAFAESI cases. He has also handled various civil suits, recovery suits.
He established, MERTIYA ASSOCIATES along with his brother Mr. Virendra Singh Mertiya.
At present the firm having its offices at both major cities of Rajasthan i.e. Jaipur and Jodhpur.
He has wide experience in dealing with various authorities, government departments and Foreign Embassies.
Mr. VIRENDRA SINGH MERTIYAMr. Virendra Singh Mertiya is an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as well as Law Graduate from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He is also having Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance from ICSA, London, UK and Diploma in Banking Compliance and Profession from IIBF, Mumbai.
He has rich experience in different areas of corporate and commercial laws & practice including drafting and vetting of Shareholder Agreements and other Commercial Agreements, Incorporation of a Company in India or abroad, Foreign Direct Investment, Secretarial audit and compliances, Due Diligence of Companies, Formation of Partnerships, advising on private equity placements, corporate matters, management agreements, mergers & acquisitions, amalgamations, de-mergers, bought out deals, public issues and rights issues of shares and other securities, commercial agreements, winding-up and insolvency, environmental law, shipping and insurance.
He also has experience of various approvals related works and liaison with various government and non government authorities and agencies such as RIICO, ROC, Reserve Bank of India, Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs etc.
